Baronnet Apartments Booking Policy

Policy and terms and conditions regarding schoolies
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Week” period. The property does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.”

All guests must be over 18yrs,provide photo ID and $200 bond per person

Guests Occupancy

Maximum occupancy 1 bedroom apartment – 3 persons.
Maximum occupancy 2 bedroom apartment – 5 persons.
Please note rates are for a minimum 3 night stay, or as specified in the booking display. Rates are for 4 people in 2 bedroom apartment or 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment.

Extra Guests

Extra guests charge is $35 per night.
Cot Hire $45 per week

Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in time | 2.00 p.m.
Check-out time | 10.00 a.m.
After-Hours Check-in Available – Use late arrivals phone outside reception for directions.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A security bond of $100 per person (min $200 per unit) is required by credit/debit card on arrival.

Full payment 14 days prior to arrival in low season
Full payment 30 days prior to arrival in high season
Preauthorisation is required on arrival

Baronnet Apartments charges a 2% surcharge for all transactions paid via credit card.

Cancellation Policy

FREE cancellation on all low season bookings if changed or modified up to 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later or a no show 100% of the total cost will be charged.
